Terms & Conditions
This "Hero Cycles – Har Gully Hero" event ("Event") is organized by South Asia FM Limited, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its corporate office at Murasoli Maran Towers, 73 MRC Nagar Main Road, MRC Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 600028, India (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) as part of an initiative to promote cricket among children across India. The Event will take place across 23 cities in India and will engage children aged 6–14 years ("Participants") from 24th April’ 2025 to 24th May’2025.
IMPORTANT: BY REGISTERING YOUR CHILD FOR THE EVENT, YOU ("PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN") CONSENT TO YOUR CHILD'S PARTICIPATION AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Agreement to Terms
By submitting the registration form for the Event, you fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of the Organizer, which shall be final and binding.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event or revise these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Eligibility & Participation
The Event is open to children aged between 6 years and 14 years as of the date of registration.
Registration must be completed by the Participant’s Parent or Legal Guardian.
By registering, you warrant and represent that you are the lawful parent/legal guardian of the child and consent to their participation. The Parent/Legal Guardian assumes full responsibility for the child's participation, safety, health, and well-being during the Event. Participation in the Event must be made as part of a team consisting of 6 (six) to 7 (seven) children.
Each child in a team must have their Parent or Legal Guardian individually complete and submit a valid parental consent form in the prescribed format.
Failure to obtain and submit a valid parental consent form for each member of the team shall result in the disqualification of the entire team from the Event, at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
Registration Process
Registration details must be complete, accurate, and submitted within the specified time frame. Incomplete, inaccurate, or late submissions may lead to disqualification. Participation in the Event does not guarantee selection or winning of any prize.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify all registration details and disqualify any Participant providing false or misleading information.
Conduct and Participation Rules
Participants must adhere to the rules of cricket and instructions provided by the Organizer.
Any foul play, indecent behaviour, violence, or misconduct will result in immediate disqualification.
Each Participant can be a part of one team to play the cricket tournament. No participant can play for multiple teams.
Parents/Guardians are expected to ensure appropriate conduct of their children at the Event.
Health, Safety, and Indemnity
Parents/Guardians must ensure their child is medically fit to participate. Participation is voluntary and at the child's and Parent’s/Guardian’s own risk.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage suffered during the Event.
Parents/Guardians hereby waive any and all claims against the Organizer arising out of the child's participation.
Intellectual Property and Media Release
By participating, you consent to Hero Cycles Limited and South Asia FM Limited its partners using your child’s name, photograph, video, likeness, and any recordings for advertising, promotional, and other purposes without further compensation.
All rights in photographs, videos, or recordings from the Event shall vest solely with the Organizer.
Participation in Guinness World Records Attempt
Following the completion of the Har Gully Hero Event, the Organizer may invite Participants to voluntarily participate in an attempt to create the "Largest Online Video Album of People Riding Bicycles" for submission to the Guinness World Records. The Participants may be requested to record a video of themselves riding a bicycle or shall be recorded by the Organiser while riding a bicycle.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the Parent/Legal Guardian hereby grants free, irrevocable, and unconditional consent to the Organizer to record, collect, and use the Participant’s video footage for the purpose of the Guinness World Records attempt and any related promotional activities.
The Parent/Legal Guardian acknowledges that participation in the Guinness World Records attempt is entirely voluntary and that the Organizer shall have full rights to use the submitted video recordings in any manner necessary for the purposes of validation, promotion, and documentation of the Guinness World Records submission. The Organizer reserves the right to edit, adapt, compile, or otherwise use the recordings without any further notice, approval, or compensation.
Gratification
The Organizer may offer certificates, trophies, medals, merchandise or other forms of gratification to a participant or to a participant team at its discretion

Such rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and subject to applicable taxes.
General Terms
The Participants are responsible for their own cricket equipment, meals, and travel arrangements unless otherwise specified.
The Organizer shall not be liable for unforeseen circumstances (including Force Majeure events) affecting the conduct of the Event.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant in case of non-compliance or misconduct.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Delhi, India.
